WFA Engineering Welcomes Colombian Client for Cattle Abattoir Visit! 400 Heads/Day Automated Design Wins Praise WFA Engineering

WFA Engineering recently welcomed a senior delegation from Venezuela to our manufacturing base for an on-site inspection of cattle abattoir machinery. The visit centered on our mature 400 head/day automated cattle slaughter system, a scalable engineering solution designed to meet modern meat processing hygiene, productivity and operational safety requirements.

During the factory tour, the Venezuelan buyers closely reviewed equipment build quality, automation logic and continuous running performance. Following detailed technical demonstrations and face-to-face discussions, the client expressed strong recognition of WFA Engineering’s design philosophy, manufacturing standards and global project delivery capability.

On-site Factory Tour & Technical Demonstration

The Venezuelan delegation was guided through our production workshop, where the full automated cattle slaughter line was presented for review. Our engineering team walked the visitors through every core processing station of the 400 head/day abattoir solution, explaining mechanical structure, PLC control workflow, hygienic construction and maintenance considerations.

The client spent considerable time inspecting physical prototypes of key slaughter units. They directly examined 304 stainless steel components, verifying surface finish, weld quality and material compliance for food contact applications. The team also reviewed our design documentation and sanitary layout to validate HACCP compliance, confirming that the line layout, waste separation, cross-contamination prevention and cleaning routines satisfy hazard control requirements for meat processing.

Key topics covered in the technical exchange included slaughter line layout optimization, material selection for food-contact components, operational labour saving and compliance with international meat processing standards. Both sides also exchanged detailed views on project timeline, equipment packaging & shipment, site installation supervision, commissioning training and long-term spare parts support.
